Exchanges and Returns

1. The User has the right to freely terminate the contract, having a period of 14 days to do so after receiving the order. At Carpel Bags we extend this period, our customers have 30 days to return a product, as long as it: has not been used; keep their original characteristics and labels intact.

2. The user can freely resolve the order placed by sending an email to shop@carpelbags.com clearly stating their intention and the respective order number.

3. After requesting resolution, the user must wait for a response via email, and after “confirmation”, they must return the order to the following postal address: Motivo Genial Lda, Estrada do Taveiro, nº24 B, 2475- 041 Benedita .

3.1. If the order has been received before shipping, we will refund the amounts paid by the User included in the order, using the same payment method used in the order, within a maximum period of 10 (ten) days.

4. The returned product will, however, be subject to analysis and confirmation of the condition of the order and, when applicable, Carpel Bags will refund within a maximum period of 10 (ten) business days the amounts paid by the User contained in the order through the same payment method.

5. The costs of returning the order when exercising the right of free resolution will be borne by the Customer.

6. In the event that the returned items show signs of use, Carpel Bags reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse the refund.

7. The user can request to exchange the ordered products for others available on the website www.carpelbags.com , and the user must bear the shipping costs at their own expense.

7.1. To this end, the user must request the return of the order or products they wish to exchange via email to shop@carpelbags.com , indicating what you want to exchange and the respective order number.

7.2. The returned product will be subject to analysis and confirmation of its conservation status and only after validation by Carpel Bags, the user must place a new order with the products they wish to exchange.

7.3. The costs of returning the order will be borne at the expense of the user/customer.
