OKOBAN tracking label
How the OKOBAN system works: It registers the backpack using a code. When a lost item is found, by entering the OKOBAN UID code, the system will alert you via SMS and/or email, informing you of its location and how to contact the tracker.
Registering your OKOBAN UID will significantly increase your chances of finding your bag if it is lost.

Shipping and Transport
We ship to all Europe, you can place your order by email: shop@carpelbags.com. We will inform you about any adittional shipping costs.
After payment confirmation, products in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is made by a carrier contracted by Carpel.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €49.00 (Mainland Portugal) and for collection in store.
For other destinations, or purchases below this amount, they are not included in the price of the products.
Exchanges and Returns
The customers may exchange or return items as long as they are still with the labels and without any damage or signs of use. They have an extended period of 30 days to do so.
You must send an email to shop@carpelbags.com with your return/exchange request and include your order number. After confirmation, you must send the product to the following postal address: Motivo Genial Lda, Estrada do Taveiro, nº24 B, 2475-041, Benedita.
In the case of free termination of the contract, the transport costs will be borne by the customer.
