Product made from high-quality natural leather, providing natural thermal insulation and unparalleled comfort to the touch; another feature is that it promotes foot breathability. Wash at low temperatures and air dry in the shade.
Designed and manufactured in Portugal: 100% Portuguese DNA and the quality we are accustomed to.
Attention: please check the size guide, but keep in mind that these slippers are lined with natural sheepskin, which takes up some interior space. You may feel them a bit tight at first, but note that the wool will settle over time and they will stretch slightly.

Shipping and Transportation
After payment confirmation, in-stock products are typically shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is made by a carrier contracted by Carpel.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €69.00 (Mainland Portugal) and for collection in store.
For other destinations, or purchases below this amount, they are not included in the price of the products and are calculated in the cart at checkout.
Exchanges and Returns
Customers can exchange or return items as long as they have their tags attached and show no signs of damage or use. You have an extended 30-day period to do so.
You must send an email to shop@carpelbags.com with your return/exchange request and your order number. After confirmation, you must send the product to the following postal address: Motivo Genial Lda, Estrada do Taveiro, nº24 B, 2475-041, Benedita.
In the case of free termination of the contract, the transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
