Care instructions: Clean with a cloth and mild soap and allow to air dry in a dry place away from direct sunlight. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C. Hand wash the removable insoles in cold or lukewarm water.

After payment confirmation, products in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is made by a carrier contracted by Carpel.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €69.00 (Mainland Portugal) and for collection in store.
For other destinations, or purchases below this amount, they are not included in the price of the products.
Exchanges and Returns
The customers may exchange or return items as long as they are still with the labels and without any damage or signs of use. They have an extended period of 30 days to do so.
You must send an email to shop@carpelbags.com with your return/exchange request and include your order number. After confirmation, you must send the product to the following postal address: Motivo Genial Lda, Estrada do Taveiro, nº24 B, 2475-041, Benedita.
In the case of free termination of the contract, the transport costs will be borne by the customer.
