Care instructions: Clean with a cloth and mild soap and allow to air dry in a cool, dark place. Avoid bleach, spin drying, ironing, direct sunlight and heat sources. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle at up to 30°C with a small amount of detergent. Hand wash the removable insole in cold or lukewarm water.

Shipping and Delivery
After payment confirmation, in-stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is carried out by a carrier contracted by Carpel, usually CTT.
Shipping is free for orders over €69.00 (mainland Portugal) and for in-store pickup.
For other destinations, or purchases below this value, shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated in the cart at checkout.Exchanges and Returns
The customer may exchange or return items provided they still have the tags attached and show no signs of damage or use. You have 30 days to make a return.
You must send an email to shop@carpelbags.com with your return/exchange request, including your order number. After confirmation, you must send the product to the following postal address: Motivo Genial Lda, Estrada do Taveiro, nº24 B, 2475-041, Benedita.
In the case of free termination of the contract, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
You may exchange products purchased online at our physical stores at no additional cost.
