Shipping and Transportation
After payment confirmation, in-stock products are usually shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is made by a carrier contracted by Carpel.
Shipping is free for orders over €69.00 (Mainland Portugal) and for in-store pickup.
For other destinations, or purchases below this value, they are not included in the product price and are calculated in the shopping cart at checkout.
Exchanges and Returns
The customer can exchange or return items as long as they have their tags attached and show no damage or signs of use. You have 30 days to return them. The exchange period is extended until December 31st.
You must send an email to shop@carpelbags.com with your return/exchange request and listing your order number. After confirmation, you must send the product to the following postal address: Motivo Genial Lda, Estrada do Taveiro, nº24 B, 2475-041, Benedita.
In the case of free contract termination, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
